Biography:

Tracy A. Eglet (Mendola), born in Buffalo, New York, March 19, 1967; admitted to bar 1993, Ohio and United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Admitted to bar, 1997, Nevada and United States District Court, District of Nevada. Education: Canisius College (B.S., Political Science, 1989); Ohio Northern University College of Law (J.D., 1993). Tracy is a partner and trial attorney at the law firm Mainor Eglet Cottle in partnership with The Cochran Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a member of the Nevada State Bar Association, The Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, The Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Nevada District Court Civil Bench/Bar Committee, and The American Trial Lawyers Association. She is the Chairman of NTLA’s Speaker’s Bureau, Colleague of the Nevada Law Foundation, member of the Nevada Supreme Court Committee on Lawyer Advertising, and is a recipient of The Pillar of Justice. She is partners, in life and at work, with her husband, Robert T. Eglet. They live in Summerlin, Nevada with Robert’s three children; Keegan (15), Blake (13), and Jordan (12).
