Aileen Bencomo moved to Las Vegas from Wyoming in 2002. In 2003 she received her Paralegal Certificate from UNLV. She has experience in personal injury, civil litigation and criminal law. She is currently a legal assistant to Robert Adams and Brad Mainor. |

Vicki Biggs started in November 1990. She has been the receptionist the entire time except for one year when she thought she would head up the copy room and handle all the indexing and filing....at that time, there were only two attorneys and about eight support staff. So much has changed! Outside of working, her and her husband are assc. pastors for Valley Christian Center. They love their empty nest lifestyle and have three children and three grandchildren. |

Amy Chandler was born and raised in Maine. She moved to Las Vegas at age16 and has been here for 10 years. Amy is working for the Eglet Team in Medicals and started in November of 2005. In her spare time she likes to play softball, socialize with friends, spend time with her beautiful niece and anything else that makes her smile. |

Leslie Curnutt was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked in the legal field for 11 years as a legal secretary. She is currently working on the Cottle team. Leslie has been married for 10 years and has one daughter, Jade. When she has time off, she likes to plan family ski vacations. She also likes to spend time dancing, going to concerts, and on rare occasions, baking and trying out new recipes. |

Jennifer Da Bolt was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. Jennifer moved to Las Vegas and began working in the legal field in January 1999. She joined our firm in January 2005 and now handles the expert aspect of cases on the Eglet Team with Robert, Tracy, Jennifer and Anthony. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, music, and riding quads in the desert. |

Jodie M. Ecklund joined the firm in September 2005. She is a paralegal to Randy Mainor and Brad Mainor. She has experience in personal injury, civil litigation and corporate law. She attended both University of Southern California and University of Nevada Las Vegas. She has been a paralegal for over 6 years. Prior to becoming a paralegal she was in the computer industry for over 5 years. She is originally from Southern California. She is married with two daughters. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, shopping, reading and most of all spending time with her family. |

Perlita Garcia started with the firm in November 2005. She left the casino industry to join the M.E.C. team to establish employment stability and to make new friends. She is so glad she did! Perlita has six years of office administrative experience and as an assistant buyer for three major casinos. She enjoys outdoor activities, watching sports, and spending family fun time with her husband and four wonderful kids. |

Kathy Hardesty joined the firm in April 2000 and is secretary to Randy Mainor. She has been married to her husband, Troy, for 29 years and has one son, Matt. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and playing with her two grandchildren. |

Abi Hopper is originally from Norwich, England, and moved to Las Vegas in 2003 with her husband who is in the United States Air Force. She joined the firm in November 2005 and works as a Legal Assistant on the Mainor team. |

Carl Keller was hired in November of 2005 as a copy clerk. His job duties have evolved since then and now include anything from reprographics to investigative work. Originally from Valencia, California, Carl has lived in Las Vegas for nine years. In 2002 he received an Associate of Applied Science degree from CCSN. His hobbies include playing video games, anime, and hanging out with friends. |

Khristine Kerr joined our firm in April 2004 and work as one of Bob Adams' case managers. She's a proud parent of a 5 year old toddler and enjoys either relaxing at home or participating in outdoor activities on her spare time. |

Jamie Linn joined the firm in April 1998 and is currently the Information Technologies Administrator. She has been married to her husband, Roger since 2002 and considers their horses and dogs plenty "children" for now. Jamie enjoys horse-back riding, singing, and any other adventures with her husband such as golf, fishing, and football. |

Lisa Malin joined the firm in March 2005. She is an Assistant/Paralegal to the Eglets. Lisa graduated UCLA in 1982 and has a 26 year career in retail management prior to becoming a Paralegal. After that, she graduated UNLV Paralegal Certification Program in 2004. She is married and has 2 kids, 3 dogs, 1 fish, and a boat. |

She loves spending time her husband, Damon, and two kids, Russell, 18 and Jennifer, 16. She enjoys watching her daughter’s soccer games, camping, spending time with family and friends and watching old movie classics. |

Senica, who was originally born in Southern California, has been a resident of Nevada for the past 15 years and loves living in Las Vegas. |

Emma Powell has been working with our firm since January 2004. She is a Legal Assistant in our pre-litigation department. Before joining our team Emma had eighteen years experience in insurance claims, both as an insurance adjuster and private investigator. Her hobbies include bowling, reading, hiking, and collecting Native American art. She is fluent in Spanish and was a Certified Court Interpreter. |

Scott Powell has been working with us since April of 2000. He is a Legal Assistant in our pre-litigation department and works primarily with Brad Mainor and Robert Adams. Before joining our team he had eleven years experience in insurance claims as an insurance adjuster, legal assistant, and private investigator. He has lived in the Las Vegas area since 1976 and is a graduate of U.N.L.V. He and his wife Emma, who is also with Mainor Eglet Cottle, love the desert, enjoy collecting Native American art and are avid readers. |

As Director of Physical Facilities, his job includes managing the copy and runner functions as well as handling building related problems and various other tasks. Jonathan's work here provides the opportunity to interact with all staff members and attorneys. His hobbies include reading, researching, and spending time with his family. Jonathan loves political discussion and is an avid viewer of the P.B.S news program Now With Bill Moyers. |

Nick graduated from CUNY - Staten Island with a Bachelor’s of Science degree, majoring in Marketing, minor in Management. Nick worked for the Office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York for 12 years as an Investigator, Paralegal, and later as an Office Administrator. In his leisure time, Nick is an avid music collector, enjoys concerts, sports, traveling and reality t.v. |
