After representing the interests of the insurance industry for over two years, Brad joined Mainor Eglet Cottle to stand up for the rights of injured parties. Brad has a passion for trial work and is proud to litigate cases on behalf of those who have lost a loved one or have been injured.

Brad received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where he graduated cum laude. Following graduation from law school, Brad successfully passed both the Nevada and Arizona Bar exams.

After completing law school, Brad accepted a job with one of Nevada’s largest insurance defense firms. As an insurance defense attorney, Brad saw first hand how insurance companies take advantage of accident victims. It was during his tenure as an insurance defense attorney that Brad decided he wanted to help others in their fight against large insurance companies.

When Brad is not litigating on behalf of his clients, Brad enjoys playing golf, guitar, working out, snowboarding, travel and spending time with his fiancé. Brad is also an avid music fan. Prior to law school, Brad played the guitar and drums for various musical groups, which culminated in the recording of a studio CD. Brad is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona.
