With a reputation as a tough litigator, Robert Cottle's strategic thinking and attention to detail suits him for many of Mainor Eglet Cottle's largest and most complex personal injury cases.

A native of Utah, Rob received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Utah. He went on to study law at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. While attending law school, he earned membership into the St. Thomas Law Honor Society and gained work experience while clerking for Justice F. Ferdinand Fernandez of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

A member of the Bar in Nevada and Utah, Rob practiced law for a number of years in Salt Lake City and Southern Nevada before joining the firm in 1996.

Following his $15 million settlement in one of Nevada's most catastrophic residential fire case involving injury and death, he was inducted into the renowned Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and excellence in personal injury law.

Rob's article "Product Defect Litigation in Nevada" appeared in the Journal of the Clark County Bar Association.

Rob enjoys the time spent with his family and playing golf, squash and snow skiing.
